bookendpartners.com is operated by P1 Software LC, trading as Bookend. These terms cover the website, the partner portal, the stay pages we host at Bookend addresses, and the Bookend iOS app. Using any of them means accepting these terms.
Bookend is a sales channel for accommodation. We find places to stay near events and put them in front of the people going. We do not own, operate, or manage any accommodation ourselves — each stay is provided by the property owner or manager who lists it, and they are the merchant of record for the sale.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials to yourself. Tell us at support@bookendpartners.com if you think someone else has access. Give us accurate information about your business — much of what the product does depends on it — and keep it current.
We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms, to misrepresent a business, or in a way that puts guests or partners at risk.
Do not scrape, mirror, or bulk-extract the site or its listings; probe or interfere with its security; misrepresent your relationship with Bookend; or use the service to send unsolicited mail. Do not use our name or marks except as a signed agreement permits.
The site, its software, and the pages we build stay ours. Where you give us your business's name, logo, photographs or copy, you keep ownership and grant us a licence to use them to operate and promote the placement — a licence you can withdraw by ending the arrangement.
Listing content comes from property owners and public sources. We verify what we can and correct what we find wrong, but we do not warrant that every detail is accurate at every moment.
We work to keep the service up and we do not promise it will never be down. We may change or withdraw features. Where a change materially affects a signed agreement, that agreement's notice terms govern, not this page.
To the extent the law allows, Bookend is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to $100 or the amount you have paid us for it, whichever is greater. Bookings and partner earnings are governed by their own agreements, which carry their own limits.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms; the current version is always at https://bookendpartners.com/terms and carries its date. Continuing to use the site after a change accepts it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.
