Bookend started trading under its own name in 2026. If you are being asked to put your event's visitors through a company you had not heard of last month, the honest answer is not a page of adjectives — it is the set of facts you can verify without us. That is what this page is.
Bookend is a trading name of P1 Software LC. Not a brand with nobody behind it — a registered Georgia company with a filing you can pull up yourself.
The brand is younger than that filing suggests it should be, and we are not going to dress that up. What follows is the part that matters more than our age: where the money sits, what you are signing, and how to check a listing.
Not us, and not you. Card payments run through Stripe, on a connected account in P1 Software LC's name. Guests pay Stripe, Stripe pays out. You never handle a guest's card details, you never hold their money, and there is no point in the flow where funds sit somewhere we could quietly empty.
Every booking carries a commission — it moves with the property and the dates, but it lands around 10–12% of what the guest pays. Your share comes out of that commission. It never comes out of the host's money, and nothing comes out of yours at any point. You are not invoiced, and there is no setup fee waiting to appear later.
The whole agreement is published before you sign it, not after. The short version:
Read them in full: partner agreement, property agreement, cancellation policy, privacy policy.
Fair question, and the answer is not “trust the page”. The properties on a Bookend stay page are real, currently-listed inventory from hosts and property managers — not stock photos, not placeholder rows. Check one the way a guest would:
If a property on your page does not stand up to that, tell us and it comes off. That is a standing commitment, not a customer-service line.
People travelling to your event book somewhere to stay regardless — and today none of that revenue comes back to you. Bookend builds your event a stay page, fills it with real lodging around your venue, and pays you a share of everything booked through it. It is free to set up, there is nothing for you to run, and nothing about how you operate has to change. The numbers behind that are published with their method, and the calculators are free and need no account.
That is a reasonable place to be with a company this new, and the fix is a conversation rather than another page. Call 404-769-3232, or email support@bookendpartners.com and ask us anything you would want answered before you put your visitors through us.
You do not have to take any of this on trust. We build the page with your real venue and real lodging around it, and you judge it from there.
